Scope of Work: Hosting of your content on the Zenguruz LMS instance

Introduction:

The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work for configuring and setting up a Learning Management System (LMS) for the courses offered by Online Digital Coach. The LMS will provide a platform for delivering, tracking, and managing the online courses.

Objectives:

  • To establish a secure and reliable LMS platform for Online Digital Coach.

  • To provide a user-friendly and intuitive interface for students to access and complete the online courses.

  • To facilitate the tracking and management of students’ progress and performance.

Scope of Work:

  • LMS will be hosted at Zenguruz LMS cloud instant at learning.zenguruz.com. The LMS will be able to integrate with existing systems and support the delivery of online courses.

  • LMS Configuration: The selected LMS will be configured to meet the specific requirements of Online Digital Coach. This includes setting up the system architecture, integrating with existing systems, customizing the interface and branding, and configuring the security and access controls.

  • Course Content Integration: Online Digital Coach will provide the course content, which will be integrated into the LMS. This includes setting up the course structure, adding instructional materials, and configuring assessments and quizzes.

  • User Management: The LMS will be configured to manage the students and instructors, including creating user accounts, setting up user roles and permissions, and managing course enrolments and completion.

  • Reporting and Analytics: The LMS will be configured to provide detailed reports and analytics on student progress and performance. This will include tracking student engagement, course completion, and assessment results.

  • Technical Support: Online Digital Coach will receive ongoing technical support for the LMS to ensure its smooth operation and to address any technical issues that may arise.

  • User Training: Online Digital Coach will receive training on how to use and manage the LMS, including course administration and reporting.

Timeframe:

The configuration and setup of the LMS will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the requirements and the availability of resources.

Deliverables:

  • A fully configured and functional LMS platform, ready for use.

  • User training and technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the LMS.

Acceptance Criteria:

The LMS will be considered accepted and ready for use if it meets the following criteria:

  • All functional requirements have been met.

  • The LMS is accessible, secure, and easy to use.

  • The course content is correctly integrated and functional.

  • The user management and reporting features are working correctly.
